Jennifer English is Global Marketing Director for Baileys responsible for brand strategy and communications globally. Baileys is the world’s favourite spirit brand loved by over 150 million people worldwide. The brand is in its third consecutive year of growth following a decade of decline thanks to a strategy that repositioned the brand in the treating category and banned the blockbuster commercial in favour of billions of triggers to treat.
Jennifer has worked in a variety of roles across Diageo including Guinness Global Customer Marketing Director, Guinness Global Head of Innovation and Beer Portfolio Director in Europe. Before joining Diageo 15 years ago, Jennifer worked in advertising and media agencies. Her origins were in consumer planning so insight and effectiveness are primary interests.
