Michael Selz is Director Insights & Strategy at Omnicom Media Group in Switzerland where he is responsible for the development of brand strategies as well as measurement of campaign impact. His passion is generating Insights based on research and data.
Michael started his career in the advertising industry as an account planner in an advertising agency in Hamburg, Germany, and moved then to market research in qual and quant.
He joined Omnicom Media Group in 2007 where he since then combines the accuracy of data and research with the creativity and visionarity of strategy. Conducting research, generating insights, measuring campaigns and consulting clients are his daily business for the last 12 years.
Besides this he is member in the Swiss research committees for print and digital audience measurement, board member of the Account Planning Group Switzerland and teaches media and Touchpoint planning at some industry schools.
