Marketing Director at Tele2 – Russia

Inna is the Marketing Director at Tele2 Russia, one of the leading mobile communications networks in the country, since December 2015. She is responsible for developing and implementing Tele2 marketing strategy, supervising national and regional marketing campaigns, and increasing brand recognition and loyalty in the country. Under her supervision, Tele2 introduced re-branding and new communication platform as well as several innovative and highly successful marketing products that converted into spectacular company’s business results and growing MS.

Before entering telecom sector she was heading Marketing department at MasterCard Russia cluster. There she also brought the company brand to a new level not only in Russia, but also some other CIS countries. Earlier in her career Inna spent 9 years with SUN InBev where she has held various marketing roles of increasing responsibility. Her last role was the Marketing Head of Premium Brands. With her input the company was able to dramatically increase the share of SUN InBev on the premium market. First steps in marketing Inna did in the pharmaceutical companies including GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson&Johnson
Her achievements and brand development progress have been widely recognized including awarding Golden Effie, Cannes Lions and other prestigious international advertising awards. 

Initially having graduated from Moscow State University, chair of the World Economy, with honors, Inna further developed her skills in Wharton Business School (USA) and Stanford University (USA). She also bears an EMBA degree from the ESSEC Business school.
