Head of Marketing Communication at Hyundai Motor Germany – Germany
Laura Rathai is Head of Marketing Communication and Customer Experience at Hyundai Motor Germany. She started her career at McCann Erickson in 2004, where she gained first automotive experience with Opel in the advertising and (media) strategy department. From 2007 onwards and within various positions in the Lufthansa Group and within the advertising agencies Wunderman and Serviceplan, she developed national and international brand and communication strategies for Lufthansa and was responsible, amongst other things, for different product launches i.e. the new Business Class . The 35-year-old communication expert has been working for Hyundai Motor Germany in different positions since 2014 and drove further the brand development and developed holistic marketing and customer experience strategies to further unlock the success of Hyundai in Germany. Her ability to translate business objectives into marketing solutions and experiences in different industries and agencies has helped her to develop and shape her career at Hyundai Motor Germany.
Laura holds a degree in Business Administration with focus on media communication and advertising from the University of Cooperative Education in Ravensburg.
