Having worked for several years in different roles in marketing, both in a global environment as well as domestically in Finland, she possesses both strategic thinking and solid understanding of good execution. Riikka has the ability to translate the business objectives into marketing strategies and plans, while also making sure that it’s not just nice PowerPoints, but something that really leads to impactful activities and measurable business results.
Currently, she works at Nordea, a leading Nordic universal bank that serves close to 10 million private, corporate and institutional customers. Her role as the Chief Marketing Strategist is to help ensure effective development and execution of marketing activities in all of the four Nordic home markets.
