Strategy Director, 2012 Agency – Poland
Brand strategist and communications expert, responsible for delivering break-through, truly integrated strategies covering multichannel communication planning and implementation across traditional, digital and non-standard touchpoints.
Prior joining 2012 Agency Barbara worked at J. Walter Thompson Poland as a Strategy Director, responsible for integrating the diverse skill set after full takeover of local digital agency Lemon Sky. During her time at JWT she joined UK office to support Johnson & Johnson strategic team and participated in J. Walter Thompson High Potential Club at global headquarters in New York. Prior JWT Barbara worked at Isobar and Lemon Sky.
Over her career she has built extensive experience working for varied global and local clients including Heineken Group, Unilever, Nestle, Pernod Ricard, Lotte, Mazda, WWF.
Effie laureate and member of Effie Poland Steering Committee in 2020 and in 2021, co-creator of new award categories: Young Audience, React & Defend, Non-Profit & Public Service, Positive Influence. Her academic background covers participation in various programs across the globe at top universities including Copenhagen Business School, Copenhagen University and North Park University, Chicago.
