Marketing Director, Konzum – Croatia
Dunja Delić graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. She started her business journey in retail back in 2007, as the market research associate at Mercator. After many successful projects, she soon progressed to the manager position and then to the position of marketing director, where she stayed for almost four years.
She joined Konzum in 2014, when Agrokor acquired control over Mercator and she currently holds the position of Marketing Director at Konzum. She is responsible for developing marketing strategies and budgeting, annual planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of market trends, consumer behaviour and actions of competitors to identify new opportunities in the market. Her team also provides support to all business activities of Konzum, with emphasis on improvement of brand attributes and value, collaboration with domestic producers, further development of omni-channel approach and communication with all stakeholders, especially consumers and employees. Still, Dunja finds most joy in corporate social responsibility campaigns and she is proud of Konzum’s many successful loyalty programs which have achieved enormous success in Croatia. When it comes to leisure time, Dunja is especially passionate about hiking and she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, travelling and watching movies, TV shows and documentaries on Netflix.
