Started in client service department of a few international advertising agencies with strong planning culture, and followed by a brand manager position in Telco company before moving into strategic planning, Martina has 15 years of experience in brand & communication strategy and cross-channel campaign planning.

Working on several long-term business transformation and brand repositioning projects, she’s developed broader perspective about driving effectiveness for businesses. Knowing that creativity is crucial for overall success, she has recently joined McCann team to deliver transformational ideas for their clients.

She believes in brands creating value, therefore her passion is developing holistic brand experiences.
