Catalin has over 21 years of experience in advertising and communication, out of which the last 19 with Publicis Romania, where he followed an ascending career path from entry-level responsibilities to a management position.
He is highly experienced in managing brands and people, having developed integrated communication plans covering all on-line & off-line disciplines, while managing a team of 30+ professionals. He is a proven agency leader in achieving the Holy Grail of contemporary communication: Integration of all agency disciplines, building One multi-functional client team across departments and specializations.
He managed regional coordination for several major brands: Coca-Cola (regional hub for 29 countries co-managed with Publicis Milano), OMV (regional creative hub for 10+ countries), P&G Oral Care (Balkans hub for 6 countries).
Long-time Effie champion as agency leader, case writer, member of the Steering Committee and also winner, including Agency of the Year award for Publicis Romania in 2022.
Proudly experienced in high-altitude mountaineering having reached 3 summits above 5.000m on 3 continents.
