At Colgate-Palmolive since 2018, he has profoundly transformed the approach to communication across the 3 categories, 8 brands and 24 markets, from a brand cultural relevance, brand experience & digital transformation and agency partners transformation perspective.
He is responsible for the most awarded campaigns at Colgate-Palmolive, including a Cannes Silver Lion for Creative Strategy.
He is a DE&I advocate, has initiated and implemented Colgate-Palmolive first DE&I Marketing Vision & Strategy, launched and lead Colgate-Palmolive LGBTQ+ ERG for Europe and AfricaEurasia and is a proud Gay husband and dad of two amazing children.
