Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and Academy of Leadership Psychology at Warsaw University of Technology Business School with 25 years of experience in marketing and communication.

Since 2018 managing director & partner of 180heartbeats + Jung von Matt – the agency ranked top 20 Polish Effie agencies for 20th Effie anniversary in Poland and one of the most creative agencies in Poland.

Previously worked at Leo Burnett, Saatchi&Saatchi, Teledenmark A/S and  J. Walter Thompson, where she was selected as one of tree WPP CEE staff for international program ‘High Potential’. During 2015-2018 she was leading Nike team at 180heartbeats + Jung von Matt for Poland and selected markets across Europe, covering football, running, women training, basketball, and sportswear categories.

Brands she worked for cover most of the marketing categories. She built long and successful relationships with Google, OLX, Sony, Nike, Player+ (TVN, Canal+), Plus, Carlsberg, Ben&Jerry’s, Jacobs to mention a few.

Teams lead by her achieved over 40 awards and mentions in Polish and international festivals, eg. ‘KTR’ (Polish Advertising Club), including Agency of the year in 2020, Best of Communication and Best of Charity, Effie Award for OLX and Ben&Jerry’s, Golden Dragon (Agency of the year) at Golden Drum, Mixx Awards, Innovation Awards, and many more.
