Marketing Director CEE Beverages & Head of Marketing Services at Maspex Group

A graduate of the Faculty of Management at AGH, Human Resources Management, after graduation a research associate and trainer in the field of personnel management and communication. She has over 20 years of experience in the marketing industry, both on the agency and client side. Marketing Director at Wawel S.A. and Marketing Director at Alma Delikatesy. In the Maspex Group, first as Group Brand Manager, and since 2010 as Marketing Director responsible for the beverage category in Central and Eastern Europe, where she supervises the creation and execution of marketing strategies, comprehensive product and communication activities. Responsible for brands such as Tymbark, Kubus, Tarczyn, Caprio, Dr Witt, Alcalia and Tiger and their counterparts on foreign markets. Juror of many industry competitions, speaker, arbiter of the Advertising Ethics Committee, member of the Facebook Client Advisory Board, member of the Marketing Directors Board at the University of Economics in Krakow. 

With EFFIE as a juror since 2011, in 2012 chairman of the group. With the team, winner of several EFFIE statuettes, including two gold – 2018 Dr Witt and 2019 Tiger, thanks to which Maspex Group had the honor of being among the Most Effective Companies of EFFIE Poland’s 20th anniversary, as well as winning the 1st place in the Ranking of the Most Effective Companies of EFFIE 2021.

Privately, mother of three children with sport passion.
