Emmanuel began his copious advertising career as head of advertising for BMW at BDDP until its merger with TBWA. He then accompanied the merged agency’s brands SNCF, Playstation, Microsoft and Danone. He later joined Publicis as Associate Director where he was in charge of Club Med, PMU, Nestlé, HP and Heineken business accounts.
As of 2005, he teamed up with Fred & Farid working at Marcel—the Publicis start up initiated by Fred & Farid. As one of the first founders of Marcel, Emmanuel helped develop New Business, Strategy and the Accounts department of the agency.
In 2007, he followed Fred & Farid to launch their independent communications group as one of the partners in charge of Accounts and Strategy, piloting the agency’s major Brands such as Société Générale, Schweppes, Orangina … In 2013, Emmanuel is appointed Managing Director France. In 2016, he becomes Fred & Farid’s Chief Strategy Officer.
In 2017, Emmanuel joins the Executive Committee of Ogilvy Paris as Managing Director to head Branding & Advertising. In 2019, he becomes President of the agency alongside Matthieu Elkaim.
