Greta has over 20 years of management experience in the field of marketing and corporate communications, Employer branding and PR, gained through hands-on approach to the development of communication strategies for leading International companies and brands such as Mondelez, Samsung, HP, Oracle, Shell, Molson Coors, Postbank and many others. Her focus has always been the development of campaigns that bring results and more that 25 Effie awards won by BBDO Group at the Effie Bulgaria competition are a solid proof for it.
A guest lecturer and speaker at numerous industry forums such as AdAcademy at New Bulgarian University and AdForum of the Bulgarian Association of Communication Agencies , as well as a mentor at EFFIE Bulgaria’s workshops, helping young talent to develop professional skills and competences. Greta has been a long-time Jury member of EFFIE Bulgaria, Euro EFFIE and Global Best of the Best EFFIE awards.
