Heather Alderson

Global Planning Partner- adam&eveDDB 

Heather works at adam&eveDDB. There she oversees the strategy for some of the biggest clients e.g. The National Lottery in UK and the global Lipton & IG businesses. She sits on the DDB global strategy council. In London she partners with Les Binet to drive effectiveness across the full suite of adam&eveDDB clients. She is a past judge for the IPA Effectiveness Awards and for WARC. 

Over the last 2 decades, she has worked at the highest commercial level to identify opportunity and inspire creativity to solve business problems. She enjoys sharing the vision, creating the right environment for success, and working in sleeves-up collaboration with both clients and creative people towards. A strong believer in the notions that if it adds value for people & it works at every level, it will work even harder. 

Previously she led strategy for Unilever at Ogilvy Worldwide where she was also group head of planning and a key driver of effectiveness. Before that a long stint as a Commercial Strategy Director & Managing Partner of BBH.
