Head of Communications- Epic
Lefteris Athanasiou is the Head Of Communications at Epic, the largest private telecommunications provider in Cyprus. He is responsible for the company’s communication strategy, brand management and growth and all advertising, digital and public relations activities. Over the years, he has overseen the marketing launch of several big breakthroughs in telecommunications technology. He has also 2 rebranding campaigns under his belt which believes are the most challenging and at the same time most fulfilling things he ever did.
Before joining Epic, Lefteris worked in advertising agencies in Cyprus and Phoenix USA where he created a wide range of marketing, sales and promotional campaigns for major international and local leading brands.
As a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, Lefteris biggest strengths are his creativity, leadership and expertise in positioning and marketing strategy. He is passionate about finding new and innovative ways to leverage technology and build highly effective marketing campaigns that disrupt the norm.
Lefteris is on the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Advertisers Association and the Cyprus Advertising Regulation Organization.
