Paul Duxbury is the Global Lead for the Repeatable Growth Model, at Haleon. In this role Paul ensures business growth is optimised by enabling Haleon marketing and commercial teams to use a common ‘step-back’ approach (RGM) to identify where in the marketplace they choose to play, and how they win through brands, execution at the point of sale, innovation and recommendations and advocacy from healthcare experts. 

Paul is a life-long marketer, having started his career in marketing research, worked as a brand marketer in local, regional and global roles with British American Tobacco and consulted on marketing effectiveness and efficiency with many multinational businesses including AbInbev, Arla Foods, Cisco, Shell, Universal and SAP.
