Agency & Marketing Partnerships Lead- Bayer
Philipp Schuster is part of the Global Strategic Marketing team at Bayer Consumer Health and is responsible within his remit for the key global marketing agencies and non-agency partners of the consumer-facing division at Bayer. His focus is to set the most strategic and most important external partnerships to the next level and enhance inter-partner collaboration between all those players to improve the quality, impact and effectiveness of the work which is created and produced for Bayer Consumer Health. Non-agency partners include federations (e.g. WFA), event/award organisers (e.g. Cannes Lions and Effies) as well as others (e.g. Bayer 04 Leverkusen). He is based in Greater London, United Kingdom.
In previous roles he was part of the Global Marketing Procurement team at Bayer across all divisions and led the category covering creative and digital agencies with a more singular focus on efficiency and consistency as well as in a similar role at the adidas Group focusing on Creative Agencies and production partners, based at in Herzogenaurach, Germany. Before entering the Marketing Procurement space, he gained experience both on brand-side at PUMA SE (based in Germany and the US) and held retail and marketing positions as well as agency-side at LIGANOVA GmbH, Stuttgart, managing various international key accounts like Tommy Hilfiger, Rockport and FREITAG.
His passion is sports and travel and enjoys life in the English countryside with his wife Francesca and his two children Penelope and Jack.
