By increasing the revenue and reinforcing loyalty Konzum managed to donate €700,000 worth of teaching equipment to Croatian primary and secondary schools. An impressive 67% of customers participated in the campaign and 66% of schools decided to take action and join along! Summary: Majorica, the iconic Spanish pearl brand, faced declining image and sales. The solution? Overcoming the perception of pearls as outdated with the “Classic meets Today” repositioning, blending tradition with modernity. The repositioning goals spanned the entire funnel, yielding impressive results. Majorica saw a +58% increase in brand awareness among those under 30, doubled brand recognition (+216%), quadrupled social media followers, and reversed its sales trend: +31% in stores, +49% online, +60% in average purchase value, doubling items sold and increasing loyalty fivefold.

LITTLE LIONS
Summary: In 2022, Delhaize, Belgium’s leading quality food retailer was forced to take a big decision. The cost-of-living crisis made Delhaize customers turn to hard discounters for everyday items. They had to reconquer them immediately. They quickly but significantly shifted Delhaize’s price perception by realizing Delhaize didn’t need a promotion platform, but an ownable price platform. They cut through the promotional category clutter with a differentiated and distinctive approach. The Little Lions improved price perception and brand consideration with 11% and increased the sales of the Little Lions assortment with 21%.
Reconquered customers by improving price perception with 11% and moving consideration from 14% to 25%.
