Kristina Bocak Gojun is an experienced marketer with over 20 years in the FMCG industry, dedicated to a holistic approach in marketing. Her career reflects a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience in brand building, market transformation, and cross-functional team management across top regional and international companies.

She began her professional journey in 2000 at leading Croatian ice cream and frozen food company - Ledo d.d., a, where she held various managerial roles in marketing, R&D, and QM.

During a period of global acquisitions, she was a member of team for integration of new companies into the corporate structure. In 2015, joined Badel 1862 as CMO, leading the strategic development of local brands in the wine and spirits portfolio. At the same time, she deepened her expertise by working on communications for global principal brands such - Bacardi, Grey Goose, Martini, and Bombay, expanding her focus to the full scope of IMC - including strat Kristina Bocak Gojun CV ligital media, experiential marketing, and shopper marketing. Her academic background includes a degree from the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, a scientific MBA from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, and the CIM Marketing Leadership Programme at Cambridge Marketing College. She has also participated in executive education at IEDC - Bled School of Management and is a certified NLP Practitioner. Kristina is a passionate advocate of lifelong learning with a strong focus on integrity and ethical business conduct. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, exploring new cultures, food, nature, love to spend time with family, friends, and her dog Fred. She is a long-time member of the Effie Awards Croatia jury, she also shares her knowledge as a guest lecturer in marketing, communications, and team management.
