Caroline is the Executive Relationship Director and a Board member of Irish advertising agency, Boys + Girls.  Caroline is responsible for the running of the Relationship Management department, ensuring the agency is servicing clients’ needs effectively and efficiently. A DIT Marketing graduate, Caroline has over 18 years of experience in the advertising & communications industry. 

Her career has seen her passion and curiosity satisfied by roles in media, direct marketing, consumer research, brand experience, and advertising, and she now leads the client service and relationship management agenda of Boys + Girls.
Working across local and global markets, Caroline has gained considerable strategic, commercial and creative experience across the Motor, Pharma, FMCG, Alcohol, Telecoms, Retail, Banking and Tech industries working on clients such as An Post, Bulmers, Kellogg’s, Three, Diageo, Lego, Skoda, Bord Bia and Fitbit. 

A believer in the power of relationships, she works in collaboration with clients and her teams to deliver best in class work and business results. Caroline is a previous board member of the Marketing Society of Ireland.
