Beatrice Agostinacchio is the Managing Director for Italy and Spain at Hotwire, a global technology communications and marketing consultancy. She joined Hotwire in 2010 and has led the Italian office since 2017, recently expanding her leadership to include the Spanish market. With over 18 years of experience in media relations and strategic planning, Beatrice has worked with prominent international agencies, including Weber Shandwick’s Tech Practice.  

Her expertise spans consumer, corporate, B2B, and crisis communication campaigns. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with a diverse range of companies, from blue-chip corporations like Microsoft, Qualcomm, Samsung, Sony, Open AI and Snapchat to startups and unicorns such as Klarna.  

Beatrice holds a degree in Languages and Communication and a Master’s in Public Relations from IULM University in Milan. Born in 1982, she is passionate about innovation and technology. Her personal interests include sailing, traveling, and cooking.
