Diana Crâșmariu is the General Manager of Cohn & Jansen Romania, an independent agency that was awarded “Agency of the Year” at Effie Romania 2024. With nearly two decades of experience in advertising, she has built her career across Client Service, Strategy, and Management. She led the agency’s strategic department before taking over its leadership in 2022, guiding it through one of its most successful periods to date.

Beyond her executive role, Diana has contributed to the development of future communicators by teaching communication strategy at the University of Bucharest. She is also an active volunteer in education-focused initiatives, where she shares her passion for marketing and brand-building with students and young professionals.

Over the years, Diana has been recognized with more than 25 Effie Awards, at both local and European levels, including a Grand Effie at Effie Romania 2024.  She sees each award not just as a proof of how marketing and communications can bring value in the business world, but also as a celebration of teamwork and trust between the agency and its clients.
