A passionate transformational leader digitalising marketing organisations, teams, processes and solutions for speed, agility, value, and business results — Didem Namver is a graduate of Marmara University with a degree in Economics and brings 25 years of experience across marketing, digital, eCommerce and loyalty landscape.
She began her career in eCommerce and went on to hold key leadership roles at QNB Finansbank and Pegasus Airlines, where she spearheaded numerous digital transformation initiatives and played a central part in implementing innovative and user-focused digital solutions that contributed to the modernization of marketing practices. Since 2017, she has been leading the digital transformation agenda for marketing and loyalty programs at PepsiCo - an exciting journey of breaking new ground and setting the stage for what’s next, while also serving as a member of PepsiCo’s Global Digital Ambassadors Program. The projects she has led in the digital space have received numerous local and international awards, recognized for their contribution to the digital evolution of marketing practices.
She is an active contributor to the industry, having volunteered in various sectoral associations for over a decade. Currently, she serves as Chairwoman of MMA Türkiye (Modern Marketing Association) and Secretary General of REPİD (Advertising and Marketing Communications Association).
She frequently acts as a jury member and jury chair for prestigious industry award programs. She also lectures on digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and digital leadership at leading universities, and regularly speaks at industry conferences. Additionally, she supports entrepreneurial ecosystems as a mentor to start-ups.
She is married and a proud mother of one son. A music enthusiast at heart, she has been singing in a polyphonic choir for years and finds great joy and balance in harmonies beyond the business world.
