Bence has followed an unusual career path leading to his current position of strategy lead at Mediator, a major full-service agency at Budapest. He kicked off his advertising career as a copywriter and his growing interest in branding and positioning motivated him to switch to planning - which continues to fascinate him as much these days as years ago.

He has an extensive experience with the automotive industry, finance sector and food retail brands. His favourite part of the job is finding that moment of truth when consumers decide for or against a specific brand - and identifying the key factor in these moments.

As a proud winner of national bronze, silver and gold Effies in both low- and high budget categories but somehow mostly with automotive campaigns (hmm), he is delighted to get down to benchmark activities from around Europe. He is expecting to have an inspiring experience at the jury sessions and discover some undoubtedly new approaches.

Bence is the founder and host of the radio show and podcast ReBrief, which is (hopefully) the weekly inspiration for the creative industry in Hungary.
