Kateryna Spivakova has over 20 years of experience in managing marketing and communications for large international and Ukrainian companies – market leaders, top government bodies and large-scale charitable organizations.  She has a professional diplomas in marketing and PR and a degree in business administration. 

 Since 2023, she has been holding the position of Director of Communications and Government Relations at Kernel - the largest producer and exporter of grains in Ukraine, the leader of the global sunflower oil market.  At Kernel, she is responsible for the comprehensive systemic implementation of the communication strategy, the implementation of reputation and social projects, brand development, interaction with government authorities, identification and prevention of reputational risks. 

 Kateryna has many international awards including 5 Effie’s, several Global Digital PR Awards, several Davos Communications Awards, IPRA, Cannes Lion etc.
