Magdalena has been associated with advertising and marketing for 25 years. For over 5 years, she has been co-managing one of the most creative agencies in Poland.

The teams she leads have won more than 80 awards and honors in industry competitions in Poland, including KTR Agency of the Year (2020 and 2022), EFFIE Grand Prix (2022), Agency of the Year Innovation (2023) and worldwide, including Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, One Show, Clio, D&AD.

She believes that the greatest effectiveness of a brand's communication efforts can be achieved through the power of strategy, creativity, innovation and partnership between agencies and marketers.

Multiple member of the Effie Committee, multiple Effie juror, juror of Euro Effie, Innovation and Gerety Awards.

She gained marketing experience in leading network agencies and on the client side in the technology industry.

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
