Over the years, I have had the privilege of shaping the growth of global icons such as Heineken® and Desperados®, as well as some of the most beloved local brands in Poland, including Żywiec, Warka, Tatra, Fortuna, and Łowicz. 

My expertise spans leading integrated, award-winning TTL campaigns (recognized with over 10 Effie Awards), building and revitalizing brand identities, and driving disruptive innovations across various product categories. I have a strong track record in developing portfolio strategies, strengthening market positions, and creating business growth through bold, insight-driven marketing. 

A key part of my professional journey involves forging strategic partnerships with world-renowned organizations such as UEFA®, Mastercard®, PlayStation®, and Takeaway®. I have extensive experience in managing high-impact sponsorship platforms, ranging from football (UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Legia Warsaw), through major music festivals (Open’er Festival, Orange Warsaw Festival, Męskie Granie), to gaming ecosystems (Planet of Gamers). 

In the area of talent management, I have successfully collaborated with world-class athletes and artists, including Ronaldinho Gaúcho, Jerzy Dudek, Artur Boruc, Jakub Błaszczykowski, Michał Kubiak, as well as numerous celebrated musicians and gaming influencers. 

Beyond the professional world, I am a husband and a proud father of two fantastic sons — a constant source of inspiration, perspective, and motivation.
