As the driving force behind Dentsu Lab, he is transforming the Tokyo-born incubator into a global powerhouse, with hubs across Amsterdam, London, Warsaw, Mumbai, and Bengaluru—where cross-disciplinary teams solve tomorrow’s challenges today.

With over 17 years at dentsu, Sven has scaled Isobar into a Fast Company Top 10 Most Innovative Company, led APAC and EMEA agencies to five Campaign Digital & Innovation Agency of the Year wins, and spearheaded cultural transformation—achieving gender parity in three key markets within two years. Under his leadership, he has seen dentsu’s Creative R&D ethos pioneer solutions that balance business impact with societal good, from AI-powered retail experiences and inclusive digital platforms to large-scale immersive entertainment concepts.

The effective work he has help deliver for brands including Nestlé, adidas, Audemars Piguet, Philips, The Coca-Cola Company, AB InBev, PayPal, and Intel has achieved recognition from Cannes Lions to the Effies. Sven also regularly sits on global award juries and serves a keynote speaking at industry event.
