Neal Davies

Neal—a member of the Academy of the Marketing Hall of Fame-has spent 30-plus years as a client, an agency leader, and as an industry figure on both sides of the Atlantic.

He won the Grand Effie in North America in 2003 and has served as jury chair for many national, regional and global Effie Awards programs, including Grand Juries on four continents.

Neal has worked on award-winning campaigns for PlayStation (Clios Hall of Fame), Doctors Without Borders (Gold Cyber Lion), Hilton Hotels (Grand Effie) and Safe At Home Foundation (Emmy).

He began as a client at Kodak in London in 1991, and moved to the USA in 1999 to hold senior agency positions at TBWA/Chiat/Day and McCann. In 2006, he co-founded the groundbreaking consultancy, Naked Communications. He joined Effie Worldwide as President and CEO in 2014, and moved to Ireland in 2017 as CEO of BBDO Dublin, becoming Chairman of TBWA in 2024.
