Dafni Prosalika

Dafni is a Partner at REBORRN, where she leads multidisciplinary teams helping global brands transform customer experience, marketing, and commercial operations. Since joining in 2021, she has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and scale-ups to design and deliver transformation programs that drive impact.

Her 15-year career spans senior leadership roles in consulting and internal FMCG roles, where she led brand, digital, and commercial transformations across European markets. She served as Managing Director of Consulting at a leading digital agency, guiding teams to reinvent customer and retail experiences, and later drove growth for a major FMCG brand through a full rebrand and digital transformation. Earlier, Dafni co-founded a strategic communications consultancy advising international clients across industries.
