Daria Kashirina is a brand and creative strategist. She’s data-informed, not data-driven. She uses data to ask better questions, not to outsource judgement. Her job is to hold the full picture at once: what the numbers suggest, what culture is doing, and what a brand can realistically do next.
She currently works at INNOCEAN Europe, mainly on Kia, with Genesis projects alongside, shaping multi-market strategy and creative direction. Previously, she was a Brand Strategist at Landor & Fitch (WPP) and worked at McCann across categories including beauty and pharma.
Outside the office, she tends to be somewhere between a gravel ride, contemporary theatre, and the kind of books that don’t fit neatly on the same shelf. It keeps her thinking honest.
