Bairbre is a Creative Director with TBWAIreland. Prior to that she worked as a Creative Director with BBDO Dublin and as Creative Lead and Art Director with Boys + Girls in Dublin for over 12 years. She has delivered award-winning work for a diverse range of clients, earning recognition across both creative excellence and effectiveness at local and international level.
Beyond her agency work, Bairbre has played an active role in shaping Ireland’s creative industry. She served for over seven years on the management and executive boards of ICAD (Institute of Creativity, Advertising and Design), where she was closely involved in the development and delivery of the ICAD Upstarts mentoring programme. She is a passionate advocate for emerging talent and continues to support initiatives that nurture the next generation of creatives.
Bairbre has served as a juror for both local and international awards, alongside contributing to the Design Skillnet Steering Group and speaking at industry panels. She was recognised as one of The Pitch 100 Superwomen in 2019 and awarded the IAPI Female Futures Fund bursary in 2021.
