Having worked across agency, media and client sides of the industry, she brings a well-rounded perspective to both strategy and execution.
Throughout her career, Iva has led some of the most recognised marketing initiatives in the Croatian financial sector, with a consistent focus on campaigns that balance creative ambition with measurable business impact. The campaigns she has been part of have consistently attracted recognition, earning Effie Awards from bronze to gold and a range of other industry honours.
A long-standing advocate for marketing effectiveness, Iva has built a deep commitment to jury work over the years — serving on the Effie Awards Croatia jury on multiple occasions, including as its President, and extending that engagement to the Euro Effie and Global Best of the Best Effie judging panels.
