Jan Brejcha 

Jan has spent 25 years at the sharp end of international FMCG marketing — building brands that actually grow customer base and profit. His career spans some of the most demanding brand portfolios while working for companies like Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Mars, Asahi or Lidl as well as a privately owned pet food business, one of the largest and fastest growing in Europe. Across brand strategy, creative development, innovation and commercial leadership — he has delivered strong results consistently across all of them.
For Jan, marketing and creative communication have one job: fuel business and profit growth. The rest is philosophy. Whether repositioning an established brand, aligning sales and marketing teams around a growth strategy, or developing strong creative idea against strong human insights, his benchmark has always been the same: how well does it drive buying behavior and does it contribute to business and profit growth, both now and in the future? The evidence-based discipline, built across multiple categories and markets makes him focused on effectiveness as THE  measure of marketing quality.
Today Jan operates as an independent strategic consultant and Fractional CMO, advising mid-size and challenger brands across Europe on brand strategy and development, creative effectiveness and business growth. To the jury he brings the perspective of someone who has sat on all sides of the table — as a member of top management who had to prove contribution of marketing to company’s financial success or as client holding agencies accountable for results, and now as a strategist who knows how hard it is to make bold ideas survive contact with reality.
Outside work, Jan will happily admit he’s a lucky man — life is good when you love what you have and do what you love – my family and dogs, marketing (my passion) and golf (my „healthy“ obsession) – all of them require dedication, hard work and consistent learning.
