Jessica Claar
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications, Central Europe
Jessica Claar is Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Mastercard in Central Europe, a role she has held since 2022. She leads the company’s brand, consumer, and B2B marketing and communications agenda across 12 markets, driving integrated strategies that support business growth, reputation, and customer engagement.
Previously, Jessica held senior marketing leadership roles at Mastercard across the Nordics and Baltics, as well as Germany and Switzerland, overseeing complex, multi-market portfolios and large cross-functional teams.
Before joining Mastercard, Jessica worked in marketing roles at Volkswagen Motorsport and as a marketing consultant for clients in the automotive industry.
A true cosmopolitan, Jessica has lived and worked in nine countries throughout her international career. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Maastricht University and a master’s degree in strategic Brand Management from Copenhagen Business School.
