Madalina Moraru

Mădălina Moraru is an Associate Professor PhD., Director of the Advertising and Digital Communication Master’s Program, and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences at the University of Bucharest, Romania. With more than 18 years of experience in teaching advertising, she is an active member of Edcom–EACA, ECREA, and ESA. Between 2010 and 2013, she held postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Oklahoma (USA), Staffordshire University, and Buckinghamshire New University (UK), and coordinated a strategic European research grant focused on glocalization. Her scholarly work includes numerous book chapters, over 25 peer-reviewed articles, and three books exploring myth, storytelling, and work organization in advertising agency. She is also deeply involved in the Romanian advertising industry, contributing to major professional events such as Advertising Day, the Fibra Awards, and serving on the Romanian Effie juries.
