Martina Hrivnáková is a strategic marketing and brand consultant with over 20 years of experience building brands that challenge the status quo. Her work spans financial services, telecommunications, and consumer markets — with a particular focus on multi-market brand strategy, organisational culture, and customer experience transformation.
She has led marketing and brand initiatives at some of Central and Eastern Europe’s most recognised companies, including O2 Slovakia, where she was part of the team that grew the brand from challenger to market leader. Her approach combines strategic rigour with a deep belief that effective marketing is, above all, human.
Martina is the founder of People from Marketing, a professional community connecting the Slovak marketing industry. She is a jury member, and advocate for work that moves people — not just metrics.
Based in Bratislava, she works as an independent consultant, partnering with brands and leadership teams on strategy, positioning, and creative direction across European markets.
