Meredith Kelly is CMO for Škoda Auto, responsible for leading the marketing strategy and communications for one of the world’s oldest automotive brands, present in over 70 countries. Since joining the brand, she has seen its rise from number 10 brand to number 3 brand in Europe and achieving it best financial results in its history.
This native South African, has 26 years of experience in international marketing, having spent the past 10 within the Volkswagen Group. Meredith has previously worked for major multinational companies such as Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive and Mondelez. She is an advocate for working in diverse teams and is dedicated to nurturing individual talent.
She was included in the 2024 Forbes Entrepreneurial CMO 50 list and the 2025 CMO Growth Council at Cannes. Meredith lives in Prague with her husband, Paresh, and labrador, Florence.
