Miloš began his career in 2013 at Communis DDB, managing the digital presence of market leaders such as Atlantic Group, Samsung, and Heineken. A pioneer in alternative media, he earned a Somoborac Award in 2015 for an innovative WhatsApp campaign for Sweeet. Following a period leading regional digital strategy for The Coca-Cola Company at Executive Group, Miloš co-founded Žiška in 2016.

Under his leadership, Žiška has become a premier boutique agency specializing in digital strategy and content for major regional players like A1, Rauch, and Carlsberg. A certified DIMAQ trainer and frequent speaker at regional conferences, Miloš is deeply committed to the “Organization of Creative Work”—a methodology he develops through his agency and popular digital channels. In 2024, he expanded his impact by founding Founders, a community of over 100 active entrepreneurs dedicated to business growth and innovation.

As Žiška celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026, Miloš continues to push the boundaries of how independent agencies drive brand effectiveness.
