With over 14 years of experience across marketing and commercial strategy at Nestlé, HEINEKEN and Mondelēz International, he has driven brand growth across markets – from shaping local and global brands in Switzerland and Germany to leading portfolio strategy and category development for Europe at HEINEKEN Global Head Office in Amsterdam.
 
Since joining Mondelēz International in 2025, Sami has translated global growth priorities into locally resonant strategies. Under his leadership, Toblerone has delivered category-leading penetration growth while strengthening its relevance among younger consumers in the brand’s home market.
