Global Marketing Lead - Smoking Cessation, Kenvue

Vince Margida is the Head of Marketing for the Global Smoking Cessation business at Kenvue. In this role, Vince shapes brand growth strategy, innovation pipeline development, brand activation and external engagement for Nicorette®, the world’s leading stop-smoking therapy.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial leadership, Vince’s career journey has spanned global, regional and local roles in marketing and sales. Since 2010, he has driven strong growth on Kenvue’s Self Care brand portfolio, across the U.S., Asia-Pacific, and EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa). Vince is known as a values-based business leader who is passionate about building beloved brands and high-performing teams. His teams are known for intellectual curiosity, uncovering deep human insights, and meeting consumer needs with the power of science & innovation. Vince is an active participant in the World Health Organization’s Tobacco Cessation Consortium, helping shape the role that expanded access to cessation and digital technology can play in human health.
Outside work, Vince finds joy in connecting with family, nature and new ideas. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BSBA from The Ohio State University.
