A communications manager with over 10 years of professional experience. She is responsible for the entire external and internal communications ecosystem of one of Ukraine’s most prominent media brands — 1+1 Media.
She works at the intersection of PR, marketing, social impact, and crisis communications. Yana leads integrated campaigns spanning TV, digital, social media, influencers, and CSR.
Yana has twice served as a jury member of the Effie Awards Ukraine. Social projects implemented under her mentorship have received numerous national and international awards, including 2 Gold and 2 Bronze Effie Ukraine awards, as well as more than five wins at international communications and marketing competitions.
Yana actively shares her professional expertise, speaks at industry events, and is a contributor to Forbes. She is also a member of the National Barrier-Free Council.
