Alicja Miklaszewska is a seasoned brand communication expert with over 18 years of experience in media strategy and analytics. As the Managing Director of OMD Poland, part of the Omnicom Media Group, Alicja brings a unique blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking to the agency and media industry.

Alicja began her career in marketing in 2006 and has since navigated through various roles within media agencies, working with both local clients and major international corporations. Her extensive experience spans diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, FMCG, and services. Before her current role, Alicja led Annalect (Omnicom Media Group), a research agency specializing in analytics, econometrics, and data science, further honing her skills in translating complex data into actionable marketing strategies.

At OMD Poland, Alicja focuses on fostering a culture of engagement, responsibility, and pride, creating a dynamic team that consistently achieves success both locally and regionally. Her leadership has been instrumental in OMD Poland receiving the prestigious Business Award in 2024 from Media & Marketing Polska and numerous industry awards, such as Bronze Lion at Cannes Lions 2023, the title of Media Agency of the Year 2023 by Innovation Ad, Bronze Effie Europe, and over a dozen Effie Poland awards.

Alicja’s commitment to the industry extends beyond her role at OMD. She is an active member of the Effie Poland committee and the Program Council of Forum IAB, the largest Polish conference dedicated to digital marketing, contributing her expertise to recognize and promote effective marketing communications. Her educational background includes a degree in Sociology and further specialization in brand strategy through the School of Brand Strategy, organized by the Polish Association of Marketing Communication SAR.
