Anastasia Grouta is Managing Director at Hub & Spoke and Head of Media at GNOMI Group, with over 30 years of experience in the communication and media sector. Throughout her career, she has been closely involved in many of the developments that have shaped the Cypriot media landscape, including the introduction of audience measurement across TV, radio, and digital. She brings deep expertise in integrated media strategy, helping brands adapt and grow through effective, forward-thinking solutions.
Known for her collaborative approach, Anastasia has built strong, long-standing relationships across the media industry, supporting successful partnerships and impactful campaigns. What distinguishes Anastasia even more than her extensive know-how is her hard-working mindset, her commitment to delivering the best possible results, her adaptability and her team spirit. She has worked with a wide range of leading global and local brands, including Cyta, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Boc, Mastercard, Emirates, and Lidl, contributing to their development and presence in the market.  
Alongside her professional work, Anastasia is actively involved in industry initiatives. She serves on the Board of the Cyprus Association of Advertising Agencies, chairs the Cyprus Young Lions 2026 Organizing Committee, and participates in the Television Control Committee. She remains committed to driving innovation and delivering meaningful communication strategies that support brands at every stage of their journey.
