Andy was born sometime in 1980’s and started out life as a child. For the past decade he has lead the Strategy Practice in Core. Prior to that he held roles in Research, Social Media, Media buying and planning, and Client Service.

He heads up the agency’s efforts in Marketing Effectiveness, which has seen Core top the Irish Effies table for the past 5 years, winning over 30 gongs. He has also co-created Core’s Effectiveness training programme F.A.M.E. (Fundamentals in Marketing And Advertising Effectiveness).

Over 20 years Andy has worked as the strategic lead for a wide range of businesses including AIB, Three, RBS, Aldi, Diageo, Heineken, and The National Lottery. He is a former Secretary of the Marketing Society of Ireland, and a current Board Member of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners of Ireland.

Owing to age, and a distinct lack of any ability what-so-ever, he has finally given up on replacing Johnny Sexton at 10 for Ireland. More than once, taxi drivers have mistaken him for Rick O’Shea.
