Anna Bartoszewska has been working in the marketing communication industry since 2004. In 2005 she joined ZenithOptimedia Group, where she went through all the stages of her professional career. From 2018 - as the General Manager of Zenith – she is responsible for the development and effective operation of the agency, the acquisition of new clients, the development of strategic and digital competences, as well as expanding the portfolio of products and solutions supporting the growth of clients' business. Under her leadership, the agency has increased its turnover by 200% (L5Y growth rate) and was awarded the titles like MMP Agency of the Year and Result of the Year according to Press. Since 2022, the company has maintained a DOMINANT rating in the RECMA rankings, and in 2025, it secured the second position among Polish media agencies classified in this international ranking. In 2025, Zenith also tops the RECMA Vitality ranking, which showcases the so-called business "momentum" of agencies. Anna Bartoszewska is successfully leading an over 200 expert’s team working for the largest advertisers (including Kompania Piwowarska, Reckitt Benckiser, Coty, GSK, Adamed, Amrest, Pepsico, Disney+, Lotte Wedel, USP Zdrowie, Rossmann) and winning the most important awards in prestigious competitions like Effie Awards, Innovation, MIXX Awards. Honored with the title of Vice ADWoman Poland of the Year 2022.
