Thanks to nearly 15 years of experience in working across both global and local brands, including Nutricia (part of the Danone Group), PepsiCo, and LOTTE Wedel, Ania has built valuable expertise in marketing, communication strategy, media, and consumer research. She currently holds the position of Head of Media and Integrated Communication at LOTTE Wedel, where she is responsible for building Wedel’s brand equity through the integration of brand and product communications across the company’s portfolio. She also leads marketing efforts for the newly established E.Wedel Chocolate Factory Museum.
In addition, she heads the consumer and market insights team, championing a consumer-centric approach that focuses on identifying diverse consumer needs and designing communication that truly resonates. Ania is a strong advocate of evidence-based marketing and the testing of innovative tools, she believes that the most effective campaigns are those rooted in deep consumer understanding and current trends—balanced with intuition and the courage to pursue bold, unconventional ideas.
