With nearly two decades of experience in brand storytelling and strategic communications, Benjamin began his career in France as an Account Director in the advertising world, where he helped shape brand positioning and creative campaigns for a variety of clients. His passion for building meaningful consumer connections led him to Canada, where he transitioned into a Marketing Director role for a global travel brand, overseeing advertising, product marketing, and strategic partnerships. In 2016, Benjamin joined Nespresso Canada as Brand Manager, where he played a key role in strengthening the brand’s presence and resonance with Canadian consumers. His success paved the way for a move to Nespresso’s global headquarters in Switzerland in 2021.
Today, as Head of Global Brand Communications, Benjamin leads a team of world-class talents responsible for crafting and evolving Nespresso’s global brand strategy. From shaping iconic campaigns—such as the latest George Clooney platform—to driving a full-funnel transformation across content, social media, and influencer ecosystems, his work ensures Nespresso remains culturally relevant and emotionally connected to both loyal customers and the next generation of consumers. Benjamin is also deeply involved in advancing Nespresso’s sustainability communications, anchoring the brand's purpose and values in everything it says and does.
