Boris has over 15 years of experience in building an award-winning agency (Dentsu Creative Amsterdam), driving a creative culture, and advising large companies and fast-growing startups at the intersection of strategic brand development, design, and innovation.
Boris was jury president at Dutch Creativity Awards and EFFIE, and jury member at Eurobest and Warc Effectiveness Awards. His #betterinternet strategy and A Piece of Me campaign for KPN was awarded with 50+ international awards, including Cannes Lions Creative Strategy Grand Prix and Euro Grand EFFIE.
He serves as a board member of the Dutch Advertising Industry Association (VIA). Other side gigs include regular guest lectures at TU Delft and the University of Amsterdam and advisory board memberships for various cultural initiatives.
